Borrower's viewpoint are bankers and borrowers speaking the same language? Catherine E. Lister. Journal of Commercial Bank Lending 73.n5 (Jan 1991): pp21(7).

Abstract:

The relationship between a borrower and a bank should be relatively easy to maintain; the borrower has a need, and the bank has the means to fulfill that need. However, to author Catherine Lister's ears, the relationship can degrade to the point where neither is even speaking the same language. Read her suggestions for improving the relationship between officers and borrowers and opening the channels of communication. (Reprinted by permission of the publisher.)
